Grains are expertly selected and specially milled to ensure a full-flavored pasta with a texture similar to that of traditional pasta. And dont forget that signature al dente bite! This small pasta shape, or pastina, is known for its use in soups, but shines in a myriad of pasta dishesfrom pasta salads to cheesy baked pasta side dishes. Unlike traditional pasta, gluten-free pasta is not made with durum wheat semolina.
