- Each pack contains 10 servings. Each serving is 25 g (0.881 oz).
- Dried konjac Shirataki noodles are traditional Japanese noodles made from the konjac yam.
- Konnyaku or Shirataki are long and translucent. Typically, these are sold fresh in water-filled pouches. However, this special and innovative product is dried, making it more convenient to store and cook.
- Low-calorie and rich in fiber.
- To prepare, simply soak in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. Afterwards, drain and lightly rinse. Take note that after soaking, once rinsed with cold water, calories will be reduced to approx. 28kcal and sugar to approx. 6g per serving.
